Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work at FutureBatao. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it before purchasing - by completing a payment you accept this policy.

1. What you're buying

FutureBatao sells readings - digital astrology consultations delivered instantly by our AI astrologer or asynchronously by human astrologers - as one-time packs, monthly plans, premium reports and gifts. Readings are digital services: they are consumed on delivery and cannot be returned the way physical goods can.

2. All sales are final

Purchases on FutureBatao are non-refundable. In particular, no refund is available for:

• Readings, reports or consultations that have been delivered or begun processing - regardless of whether you agree with or like the content.
• Dissatisfaction with a prediction's accuracy or outcome. As set out in our Terms, readings are guidance for reflection and entertainment; no outcome is guaranteed, and accuracy is not a ground for refund.
• Orders prepared from incorrect information you provided (for example, wrong birth date, time or place). Please double-check your details before submitting.
• Unused or partially used packs and plans, including change of mind.
• The complimentary readings on new accounts (they're free).
• Purchases on accounts suspended for abuse or fraud.

3. The only exceptions

We do not keep money for services we never provided. A refund to your original payment method is made only in these two cases:

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we keep one charge and refund the rest in full.
• Order cancelled by us: if we cancel your order or are unable to deliver it at all, the amount you paid for it is refunded in full.

Refunds under this section are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method; bank processing timelines vary.

4. If something goes wrong on our side

If a technical fault on our side consumes a reading without delivering one - for example, your balance was deducted but no answer was generated - tell us and we will re-credit the reading to your account after verification. Re-credits are made as readings, not money.

5. Cancelling an order

AI readings are delivered instantly and report generation begins immediately after payment, so orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Monthly plans are 30-day purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions - we never charge you again automatically. To stop using a plan, simply don't renew; the current period is not refunded.
