Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and FutureBatao ("we", "us") governing your use of futurebatao.com and its services. By creating an account or purchasing readings, you accept them.

1. What FutureBatao is — and isn't

• FutureBatao provides astrology, numerology, tarot, and related guidance for entertainment, reflection, and spiritual purposes only.
• Readings are generated by artificial intelligence (our "Jyotish AI" astrologer) or written by independent human astrologers. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or generic.
• Nothing on the Service is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting qualified professionals. Do not make health, financial, legal, or other significant life decisions based solely on a reading.
• We do not guarantee any prediction, outcome, timing, or remedy.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide a valid email address you control.
• Login codes sent to your email are for you alone; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information. One account per person.

3. Readings, plans and packs

• Each question you submit (chat message, kundli, tarot, or other reading request) consumes one reading from your balance.
• New accounts receive 5 complimentary readings.
• One-time packs add readings that do not expire while your account is active.
• Monthly plans add a monthly reading allowance valid for 30 days from purchase; unused readings lapse when the plan expires.
• Human astrologers reply asynchronously; response times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Prices are listed in INR and may change prospectively; changes never affect readings you have already purchased.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, harass, or attempt to harm astrologers or other users.
• Don't attempt to bypass reading limits, probe or attack the Service, scrape content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; lawful refunds are still honoured.

6. Astrologers on the platform

Human astrologers are independent practitioners, not our employees. Their views are their own. Applying to join as an astrologer does not guarantee approval; we may remove astrologers from the platform at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its content (excluding your own submissions) are owned by FutureBatao. Readings generated for you are yours to keep for personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureBatao's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on readings (see section 1).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.
